STUDIO Development Services was awarded the UHGID parking structure Owner Representative contract in early 2017. The city will be partners with a private developer on their new luxury hotel that will replace an old retail property with a new luxury hotel across from the University of Colorado campus.
Flatirons Habitat for Humanity Awards SDS Owner Rep Contract
STUDIO Development Services is proud to announce they were awarded the contract for Owner Representation Services with Flatirons Habitat for Humanity. The SDS team is excited to work with Susan Lythgoe, Executive Director, and Michael Bautista on, among other new projects, their upcoming Discovery Church and 22nd Violet projects in Boulder and Broomfield counties. SDS and FHFH plan to entitle over 30 new homes to local low-income families over the next 2-3 years.
The Lodge Apartments - Ready for Move-In!
STUDIO Development Services, along with Bristlecone Construction, completed the remodel of Brickstone Partner's 220 unit student apartment project, formally known as Cavalier Apartments. After a significant interior and exterior remodel, not to mention the addition of 90 new bedrooms, the project is ready for move-in while final landscape and site work is being completed.
SDS Wins Owner Rep Contract for 3100 W. Lake Street in Minneapolis
Brickstone Partners announced that STUDIO Development Services will be their owner representative for the 3100 W Lake Street project in Minneapolis, MN. The 200 unit, 8-story luxury apartment project in Minneapolis will be under construction in 2018 following an extensive entitlement and design process in 2017.
SDS is proud to be working with Brickstone Partners on their fifth project together and 1st ever in Minneapolis.
Cavalier Apartments Wins Site and Use Review Approval
On April 4, 2016, the call up period for Cavalier's site and use review applications expired and the disposition was final. After submitting the use review application in November 2015, the project is clear to submit for technical document submission and receive building permit approval for the Phase 2 remodel work in late April or early May!
