Jeff Dawson

Jeff is the founding principal of STUDIO Development Services, LLC. He leverages decades of design, project management and real estate development experience to deliver high quality, cost effective and sustainable multifamily and commercial projects in today's complex real estate environment. During his 30-year career, he has led multidisciplinary teams that have delivered commercial and multifamily residential construction all over the country.

Jeff’s comprehensive owner’s representation experience includes:

• due diligence and feasibility analysis

• entitlement, design and construction phase management

• budget coordination and tracking

• schedule development

• project management

• pay application and bank draw coordination

• owner’s subcontractor coordination and FF&E management

As well as practicing architecture for nearly three decades, Jeff also served eight years on the City of Boulder’s Design Advisory Board and on the Golden West Communities’ board of directors, a non-profit organization providing housing and services to hundreds of low-income seniors.
