An Affordable Housing Joint Venture
As the owner representative for Boulder's Central Area General Improvement District (CAGID), STUDIO's team is assisting with the transformation of an existing surface parking lot into an affordable housing project with below grade parking. The joint venture entity consisting of Trinity Lutheran Church, Element Properties and CAGID will begin construction in May 2016. Our team is representing CAGID during both the preconstruction and construction phases and is responsible for the review of budgets, construction costs, schedule and contract negotiations with the other joint venture partners.
