Attainable Housing in Five Points

 

STUDIO Development Services was engaged by RTD to help them identify the redevelopment potential of one of their under-utilized parking lots along the light rail line north of Downtown. This transit oriented development (TOD) feasibility analysis allowed the RTD board to sell the property to the City of Denver who ultimately moved forward with an affordable housing project on the site.
